As a first step, please send a detailed explanation and include photos and/or videos of your items in the condition that you received it to [email protected]. Please include any packaging or anything that may be relevant to support your claim.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • You need to have contacted our [email protected] department with the details of your claim. The more details you can provide us, the easier and faster this will make our investigation for you.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will need to receive an approval email from the returns department with details on how and where to return your item/s to receive store credit, a refund, or replacement item/s.


Once we receive your detailed email of your item/s, we will carry out an investigation and notify you that we have received it. After completion of the investigation and inspection of the item/s, we will immediately notify you on the status of your store credit, refund or replacement status.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit coupon, or refund the item/s costs to your credit card (or original method of payment), or we will provide the option to obtain a replacement of your item.

If a refund is approved, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Related To Refund Or Return Requests

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, and costs are incurred to BCNMKT for return shipping, this cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
